At Michael Abrahams Photography, we take great pride in the quality of our artwork and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs showing the damage so we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Returns
Because each print is produced specifically for your order, we are generally unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to production. Once a print has entered production or shipment processing, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Color & Display Variations
Please note that colors may appear slightly different from screen to screen due to monitor settings, device displays, and printing processes. Such variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
